Ming Lou is managed by the famous Mr. Yeung Pui Kei and he had been the first to bring Chao Zhou food to Canada. Mr. Yeung has held numerous executive chef positions in Hong Kong as well as Toronto. He was interviewed countless times on radios and tv shows. With over 40 years of experience, there are only a handful of executive chefs that can be compared to Mr. Yeung.
